Pam actively works in service of her community. Both as a member of the Board of Trustees of Two Rivers Public Charter School and as a leader in her church, Northeastern Presbyterian Church (NEPC).

On the Board of Trustees at Two Rivers, she serves as Finance Committee Chair and Treasurer, working to support and empower the school's leadership in fulfillment of their mission. The Two Rivers mission is to nurture a diverse group of students to become lifelong, active participants in their own education, develop a sense of self and community, and become responsible and compassionate members of society.

At Northeastern, Pam has served as Church School Superintendent and Assistant Superintendent leading adult and youth education programs for more than five years. she also provides strategic planning, business consulting, and financial management consultation to the leadership of the church.
